管理培訓生 


工作職責:

1於公司業務前線部門進行輪崗學習,並有機會參與公司的專案式工作;

2完成輪崗後,公司將根據管理培訓生的專業知識、能力和職業目標來確定崗位,包括但不限於銷售管理、市場行銷、商品採購、物流等;

3表現優異者將成為公司短期和長遠發展的儲備人才。

 

 

任職資格:

12019 、 2020 及 2021 屆本科及以上學歷畢業生,商科及其他相關專業;

2持有有效香港永久或非永久居民身份證;

3具備良好的粵語、普通話及英文書寫及口語表達能力;

4熟練操作電腦辦公軟體( Word , Excel , Powerpoint 等);

5、積極樂觀,踏實肯幹,對工作熱誠,主動有禮;

6、有較強學習能力,能承受壓力並按時處理多項任務;

7、對快速消費品行業感興趣,並認同企業文化及發展方向。
