Salt 2 teaspoon
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Cooking oil 1 tablespoon
Garlic 3 flaps
Red chilli (Diced) 1 piece
Dice the chilli and garlic, mix with salt and cooking oil;
Thaw the tiger shrimps, remove their whiskers, spikes, eyes and legs; cut on their back and remove the intestine;
Slice slightly on the flesh horizontally;
Spread the seasoning (except soy sauce) on the shrimps;
Boil a pot of water and steam the shrimps for 5-8 minutes;
Add soy sauce then serve.
