  • Ingredients

    Chicken 1/2 piece

    Pagoda Hua Tiao Chiew 1 cup

    Cordyceps flower several pieces

  • Seasonings

    Salt 1 teaspoon

    Granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon

    Sesame oil 1 cup

    Soy sauce 1 cup

    Water 1/4 cup

    Ginger to taste

Steps
  1. Cut the chicken, wash and drain;

  2. Place the chicken and ginger slice into the rice cooker, no water is needed, covered stew for 15 minutes;

  3. Add Hua Tiao Chiew and other seasonings, mix well. Cover stew until it is boiled;

  4. Mix with Cordyceps flower, cover stew for 5 more minutes, then serve.
