  • Ingredients

    Ng Fung Brand Chopped Pork and Ham 1 Can

    Ng Fung Brand Akita Komachi Rice 2 Cups

    Sushi seaweed 1 Piece

    Cooking oil to taste

Steps
  1. Cook the rice;

  2. Slice the seaweed;

  3. Cut the chopped pork and ham into piece, and use a heart-shaped mold to cut the pieces into heart shape;

  4. Place some oil in the frying pan, then fry the chopped pork and ham until both sides become golden brown;

  5. Put the cooked rice into the heart-shaped mold, press it tightly and remove the rice from the mold;

  6. Place the chopped pork and ham on top of the rice, tide with seaweed then serve.
